Original contributions based on applications/ deployments/ research/ surveys/ best practices related to the theme and subthemes mentioned, are invited for conference presentations and poster presentations. Based on technical committee's recommendations, papers for the national conference shall be selected and published in the conference volume. Registration for all authors is mandatory for paper presentation.

Paper Submission

• Authors may submit their papers on or before 22nd March 2012.
• Papers should be submitted in a detailed format suggested in the conference website.
• Acceptance of paper for presentation will be intimated to the authors by 23rd April 2012.
• In case of co-authors, correspondence will be sent to the first author only.
• The deadline for registering for the National conference is 31st May 2012.
• Accepted papers will be called for presentation based on editorial committee's scrutiny. All the submitted papers for the conference would go through the Plagiarism Detection Process. If the plagiarism is >10%, the article would be referred back to the author for necessary revision.

Author Guidelines

Manuscripts Requirements

• Length: Not >10 pages maximum for a paper. However, authors are advised to write as much precise as possible.
• Theme Font: Times New Roman
• Font Size: Heading -20, Sub Heading -16, and rest of the text - 12.
• Title: The title should be concise.

Paper Format: The paper should have the following details:

• Sub-Theme of the paper to which the paper belongs to
• Author's / Co-Author's name
• Communication address
• Contact details such as telephone number and email
• An abstract of 100-150 words along with 8-10 key words
• Headings and Sub-headings should be short and defined clearly
• Footnotes may be used wherever necessary, which should be identified in the text by consecutive numbers, placed as superscript.
• Case Studies proposed may preferably be supported by real life case examples from business/academic situations
• Quality of Illustrations, Photos etc. must be good with original caption and in black and white
• Tables and Figures, if any must have a brief caption written on the bottom of the figure and provide the due reference of the original work.
• All text should be justified
